L-R: NYC 'Lights Camera Glitter' and MUA 'Shade 19'

Now I'm certainly not one for nail art, I haven't got the technique or patience desired! But I do like glitter and nail polish, and this is one of my favorite combinations so far! I decided against showing these shades only on the nail wheel (well, mines more of a nail line ;-) ) because, although I hate my short nails, this is what it actually looks like in real life, on my hands!

I've had the nail polish from MUA for a while when I was searching for Models Own 'Utopia' which has been out of stock for ages in my local Boots. Although Utopia is still on my list to buy, I think this MUA colour will do for now as a good, super priced dupe! I actually really like this colour and am excited to see how the models own one will compare, as the MUA colour is strong with two coats and drys quickly, one of the fastest of all my polishes in fact. I'd highly recommend. The NYC glitter is a total bargain, and I think its quite luxurious on the nails. It mixes the classic fine glitter and the larger particles of glitter for a really unique colour. 

Im definatley in love with this combo, So if your looking for a good Nail art without all the fuss, This is the one for you, and you can go in with a fiver to Superdrug and still get change. Bargain.
